A Texas woman has been arrested for allegedly practicing medicine without a license, including performing cosmetic procedures like butt injections.

Denise Rochelle Ross turned herself in to Dallas police on Wednesday, according to ABC News.

Authorities say Ross, known as “Wee Wee,” and another salon worker, Alicia Clark, who remains at large, are suspected of giving illegal hydrogel injections that they then sealed with Super Glue, reports CBS.

On Feb. 19, Wykesha Reid was found dead in their salon. However, police told NBC News that her cause of death has not been determined – neither Ross nor Clark has been charged in connection with the death.

A woman alerted police after suffering physical and psychological pain from receiving injections at the salon, according to her affidavit, NBC reports.

Ross was held on a $50,000 bond, ABC reports, but online jail records checked Thursday show she has been released.
