Conrad Hilton has been sentenced to two months behind bars for violating his parole, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Hilton, the 22-year-old brother of Paris Hilton, admitted in court Monday to using drugs – which is a violation of his parole – a spokesperson for the United States Attorney’s Office confirms to PEOPLE. Hilton admitted in court to using marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids and cocaine.

A judge sentenced Hilton to two months in prison, and the hotel heir has until noon Wednesday to report to authorities.

Hilton has been on probation since 2015, when he plead guilty to making threats against flight attendants and passengers on a flight from London to Los Angeles in July 2014.

Witnesses on the flight reported that Hilton screamed profanities at the crew and passengers, including, “I am going to f—ing kill you!” and “I will f—ing own anyone on this flight … they are f—ing peasants,” according to a criminal complaint obtained by PEOPLE.

In January, Hilton was sentenced to at least 90 days in a substance abuse treatment center after allegedly failing drug tests and violating his parole.

In 2007, Hilton’s sister Paris was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating the terms of her own probation by repeatedly driving with a suspended license. Earlier that year she plead no contest in a DUI case, resulting in her license being suspended and her being given 36 months probation.
