John Clark Gable, the 52-year-old son of Hollywood legend Clark Gable, was arrested for investigation of drunken driving after allegedly plowing his truck into several parked cars.

His Ford Raptor collided with another vehicle and then smashed into six parked cars along Pacific Coast Highway near the pier in Malibu, Calif., at about 3 p.m. Tuesday, the Los Angeles Times reports.

“It took him a few seconds to get out of his truck,” witness Geno Bahena tells KTLA TV. “And finally, when he got out of his truck – I guess he was in shock or something – he just fell on the floor.”

He was arrested for investigation of DUI and hit-and-run and jailed on $15,000 bond before being released late Tuesday night, according to authorities.

Gable tells TMZ he was “absolutely not drinking” but did lose consciousness for an unknown reason, waking up after he had hit a telephone pole.
