Bobbi Kristina Brown’s cause of death has been determined, but the Fulton County Medical Examiner is keeping mum.

“We’re not revealing any information, unfortunately,” the investigations unit at the Fulton County Medical Examiner office told PEOPLE on Saturday.

While the public has yet to hear the outcome of Brown’s autopsy, a statement from the Medical Examiner’s website reveals that the D.A. and Roswell Police Department have been notified. However the medical examiner’s office can’t release information about the autopsy to the public due to a court order.

“The Fulton County Medical Examiner has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death based on information available as of Sept. 25, 2015,” a statement on the website says. “However, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated Sept. 25, 2015 has been received Sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public. The Fulton County District Attorney and Roswell Police Department have been informed of the Medical Examiner’s findings.”

Brown, the only daughter of the late Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, was found unconcious in her bathtub on Jan. 31, and died in hospice care surrounded by her loving family members on July 26. She was 22.

“We prayed and hoped for six months … for something better to happen,” her father Bobby said during the premiere episode of The Real on Sept. 14. “But when God calls you, he calls you.”

After Bobbi Kristina’s death, her conservators filed a lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, accusing him of wrongful death. (Gordon’s team has previously called the suit “slanderous and meritless” at the time, adding: “Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly.”)

No criminal charges have been filed against Gordon.

PEOPLE has reached out to Gordon’s lawyer for comment on the results on the autopsy report, but did not immediately receive a response.
