Get ready for teardrops on your guitar.

Taylor Swift surprised a 6-year-old cancer patient over the weekend, and his family filmed their adorable interaction.

Jordan Lee Nickerson suffers from the rare Williams Syndrome, undergoing open-heart surgery when he was just 18 months old, according to Jordan’s Brave Page on Facebook. Late last month, he was also diagnosed with leukemia.

So Swift stopped by the Boston Children’s Hospital to cheer up her little fan, serenading him with an acoustic version of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and sticking around for a fierce game of air hockey.

“I know you always sing songs for people,” a wide-eyed Jordan told Swift at the beginning of her visit.

“I do, I love singing songs for people, but I want to sing a song for you more than all the other people,” she responded.

“Thank you!” he said, laughing. “Let’s do it!”
