Miranda Lambert is home for the holidays.

“Nothing beats a handwritten note from Mom. #homesweethome #cheetosandwine,” the country singer captioned an Instagram snap – featuring her sweet welcome home gifts – on Wednesday.

Lambert – who celebrated her 32nd birthday earlier this month – also made a trip back to her home state of Texas in September for a music-filled event to help animals.

“Nothing makes Miranda and [me] more happy and fulfilled than seeing a rescue dog in the arms of a loving family,” said Lambert’s mom and MuttNation co-founder, Bev, of the MuttNation Foundation fundraiser.

Since Lambert’s divorce from Blake Shelton earlier this year, the singer has focused on her friends, new music and self-reflection.

Lambert only hinted at the split when she won the award for female vocalist of the year at the CMA Awards on Nov. 4: “Man, I appreciate it,” she said in her acceptance speech. “I needed a bright spot this year, so thank you.”
