Gwen and Blake's exes are focusing on music and family

As Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are moving on from their heartbreak, so are their exes.

Since she and Shelton announced they had divorced in July, Miranda Lambert has bounced back in fine form – with a major awards show win and a new man.

Lambert, 32, “is extremely happy and content with how her life is proceeding,” a source tells PEOPLE of the singer, who took home the female vocalist of the year title at the CMA Awards in November. “She’s having a great time living and working within a creative community.”

And as PEOPLE confirmed in December, she’s dating country up-and-comer Anderson East, 27: And they’re still going strong.

On a Saturday date at Nashville’s 12 South Taproom and Grill, “they were locked arm-in-arm,” says onlooker Katelyn Nicholson.

As for Rossdale – who split from Stefani in August after nearly 20 years together – he’s moving past infidelity allegations and focusing on his work and sons with Stefani: Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2.

“He’s doing great,” says a source close to the rocker, 50, who is in pre-production on a new Bush album. “When he’s not making music, he’s with the kids.”

And while tabloids reported Rossdale was spotted having lunch with his and Stefani’s former nanny last week, PEOPLE confirms the woman photographed is actually a guest vocalist on the upcoming Bush album.
