Bourbon and boots!

Luke Bryan, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, and Little Big Town are preparing to kick the dust up as they lead the inaugural Hometown Rising Country Music & Bourbon Festival in Louisville, Kentucky later this year.

The unique two-day festival produced by Danny Wimmer, taking place Sept. 14 and 15 at Highland Festival Grounds, merges two of the city’s cultural cornerstones — extraordinary music and delectable bourbon.

The festival will feature appearances by more than 30 artists on three stages throughout the weekend, with a superstar lineup including Brett Young, Dwight Yoakam, Jake Owen, Frankie Ballard and more.

In celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month, Bourbon connoisseur and best-selling author Fred Minnick will be onsite with his impressive curated list of more than two dozen hand-selected bourbons from top distilleries for bourbon tastings, exclusive one-time specialty cocktails and workshops for fans 21 and over. Famed Louisville whiskey bar The Silver Dollar will run The Hunter’s Club, which will house vintage bourbons dating as far back as the 1930s and modern collectibles.
