Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani‘s romance might still be new, but she’s already saying the “L” word! Well, ish.

While Adam Levine and Stefani were chatting with ET before Monday night’s episode of The Voice, the Maroon 5 rocker revealed how great Pharrell is to work with, while also poking fun at Shelton (as he tends to do!). “F— Blake. I’ve known Blake for too long. Blake’s just my buddy,” he said and then added, “I’m just kidding. I love you, Blake! Kinda. Ish.”

Stefani, who was standing next to Levine, couldn’t help but chime in. The singer spontaneously leaned into the microphone and added: “I love you too, Blake! Ish.”

Levine teasingly told Stefani, “You screwed yourself on that one…I’m here to protect you, and then you do something like that!”

Stefani later gushed about Levine and the two gave each other a warm hug on camera.
