Country music has a whole lot to look forward to!

CMT has just released 17 artists for its’ annual LISTEN UP campaign. Featuring “17 for 2017” artists to watch, the brand aims at recognizing and supporting country music’s up-and-coming musicians who are well on their way to achieving new heights.

“There is nothing more rewarding than telling the world about a new artist! Through CMT’s “Listen Up franchise we can be a filter for thousands of fans looking for great new talent and giving those artists the opportunity to connect with new fans,” Leslie Fram, SVP Music Strategy and Talent at CMT, tells PEOPLE.

The yearlong campaign will give its music fan base a more in-depth look at the careers of these artists through featured promotion of their new music and videos.
