Jennifer Lopez is unstoppable! The Puerto Rican singer and actress always makes time in her busy schedule for a good workout. On Jan. 1, she shared this photo of herself running up some bleachers: "Coming in hot... #2018 #feelingmotivated #letsmakethisthebestyearyet #ilovenewbeginnings #getbettereveryday" she wrote.
Lopez, who often works out with long-time love Alex Rodriguez, burn calories at TruFusion. The gym's 60-minute “Tru Barefoot Bootcamp” combines yoga, Pilates, kettle bells and other drills in a room that reaches 120 degrees.
IN THE RING
Mom-to-be America Ferrera is a fan of boxing. The Superstore actress sported these boxing gloves in a pic she posted to Instagram last year. She also loves running and swimming.
Singer Demi Lovato, who partnered up with Kate Hudson’s athletic line Fabletics to launch a new collection of workout wear, also bangs it up in the boxing ring.
ABS OF STEEL
Lovato, who flaunted her chiseled abs last year, credited good nutrition and fierce workouts with transforming her body. "I rarely post pics with my belly button showing because I'm normally insecure about showing my full stomach, but I've been working really hard," she captioned the pic.
"Mayores" singer Becky G, another boxing fanatic, throws a mean punch. She also credits the dancing demands of performing with keeping her in shape.
A FEW GOOD MEN
Gina Rodriguez, featured here with Puerto Rican boxer Miguel Cotto and his famous trainer Freddie Roach, inherited her love of boxing from her dad. "My father gave me boxing as a young kid. Boxing makes me feel strong both inside and out," she wrote on Instagram in 2015. "It puts perspective on what beauty truly means to me: it's not about being skinny, it's about being strong."
The Jane the Virgin star loves to bike ride with her pup Casper. In September, she graced the cover of Shape, telling the magazine that the physical training she got from buff boyfriend Joe LoCicero paid off. "I went from not wanting to do one [pullup] to doing 10 of them," she said. "It's one of those moments where you're like, 'Oh, my gosh, I'm pretty capable.'"
Colombian heartthrob Maluma, whose heavily tattooed and chiseled body attracts as many fans as his music, breaks a sweat by biking and hitting the gym regularly.
PAYING THE PRICE
Colombian actress Sofia Vergara, a total foodie, burns off her culinary indulgences with exercise. Although she has confessed she is not a big fan of the gym, she puts in the time. "Saturday torture, paying for Friday's sins," she captioned this photo in 2016.
The Modern Family star shared this image in 2016 of a cardio class with her niece Claudia Vergara. "No pain, no cake," she joked in her caption.
MIND OVER MATTER
Bachata crooner Prince Royce was no fan of cardio, but put his discipline to the test to train for the New York City Marathon in November. “It’s been inspiring knowing you can achieve whatever you set your mind to,” he told PEOPLE CHICA.
