British rapper MIC Righteous has you covered – he uploaded Malik’s version of “No Type” by Rae Sremmurd to Soundcloud on Monday. While the song has been pulled from Soundcloud, PEOPLE confirms it is Malik, 22, on the track, which you can hear on Vevo, below. (Warning: The song contains profanity.) Music producer Naughty Boy, who has been working with Malik, distanced himself from the new song, though MIC Righteous begs to differ. Roughly a week after Malik left One Direction in March, Naughty Boy released a song called “I Won’t Mind,” which was originally recorded while Malik was still part of 1D as a potential track for the group’s last album. There have been reports of Malik working on a complete solo album, though he has not confirmed them. The rest of the band says they will stay together, as well as pursue solo projects.
