How Old?! These Stars Still Look Half Their Age
"I work hard to stay within a healthy weight range," says the American Horror Story actress, 57. "I've been doing interval training. At the end of a workout, I've never said 'I wish I hadn't done that.' I complain before I go!"
LAUREN GRAHAM & ALEXIS BLEDEL
The Gilmore girls are back – and looking as girlish as ever! "Alexis hasn't even started aging yet," Graham jokes about her onscreen daughter, 34. And since they look exactly the same in the teases for the Netflix reboot of their beloved dramedy as they did when it wrapped in 2007, we had to wonder: Is there something in the water over in Stars Hollow? "I have a wonderful facialist who's really my biggest secret weapon," says Bledel. Graham, 49, also takes her skincare seriously. "I've always been a big sunblock person," she says. "I have not had a tan since 1982! I also have frequent facials and I do a lot of exfoliation. And I never go to sleep with makeup on!"
"I just started using Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop moisturizer," the 51-year-old star of When Calls the Heart, reveals. "And I'm very diligent about getting facials. That's what really saves your skin."
"I really love La Mer, the original cream," says the 49-year-old country star, whose album Reckless is out April 29. "I love trying all kinds of products, but I swear it's the one that's worked for me for years. It's worth it!"
"I think what makes me look young is that I feel really happy," says the actress, 51. "And lots of sleep and lots of water."
"I have realized so much of beauty is about how you eat, how you exercise," says the actress, who plays a woman pretending to be in her mid-20s in Younger. "I get up at 4:30 and I get on the treadmill." (It's working – we'd never guess Foster was 41!)
The kitchen and home expert, 49, credits one thing with helping her look younger: "I have always had a minimum of eight hours of sleep a night. When you sleep, it's when your body regenerates. And I couldn't live without Borghese mud masks!"
