Wilmer Valderrama and Drew Lachey are among the celeb names set to strap into race-ready Scion tCs for April 19’s Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race as part of the 34th annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.
The charity race, made up of 10 laps through a 1.97-mile street circuit of the Southern California oceanfront city, is one of six events during race weekend.
Other stars set to star behind the wheel: Eric Dickerson, John Salley, Raymond Cruz, Daniel Goddard, Daniel Goddard, Jamie Little, Nancy Lieberman, Brad Lewis, William Fichtner and, in the “Pro” category, Beccy Gordon, Marty Nothstein, Mike Skinner, Tony Pedregon, Whit Bazemore and Sarena Traver, among others.
Toyota is donating $5,000 to “Racing for Kids” in the name of every celebrity racer, and another $5,000 to the winning driver’s charity of choice. Another $15,000 donation is being made in conjunction with the 11th annual “PEOPLE Pole Award,” sponsored by PEOPLE magazine.
