Justin Bieber takes his music seriously, but the young heartthrob infused humor into his tour Sunday when he pulled a prank on tour-mate Willow Smith.

In a video of the incident, the “Never Say Never” singer and two pals are shown unexpectedly joining Smith onstage during her performance of “Whip My Hair.”

FIrst, Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun and pal Ryan Good are seen dancing awkwardly in wearing neon colored makeup and hair extensions. Smith is clearly surprised and when she notices them. A moment later, Bieber himself bounds onstage banging along to the song on a cowbell. Much to the delight of the crowd, Smith’s older brother Jaden also makes an appearance and whips his hair alongside his sister.

“You scared me,” Willow Smith is heard saying as she leaves the stage. “I was scared. I was like wait, who? Who is that?”

Backstage, though, Smith laughs at the prank, then fiercely declares her plan to get them back. “They got me, but it’s not over,” she says. “Revenge is sweet and it’s served on a cold dish.”

Later, Smith Tweeted a photo of the whole gang and posted the message: “My big brothers Justin and Jaden pranked me on stage tonight…#payback!!!
