OFF TO THE RACES
A day after the Epsom Derby, Prince Harry goes from bystander to competitor, playing in a high-spirited polo match in London's Cirencester Park on June 5.
From the racetrack to the red carpet! William and Kate (in a floor-length blush organza Jenny Packham gown) continue to dazzle London as guests of honor at the 10th annual Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) gala dinner on June 9.
No balcony kiss this time out! The newlyweds make an appearance at Buckingham Palace on June 11 for the a celebration of the 85th birthday of William's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
The party continues: After marking the Queen's official birthday in London, the Duchess meets up with her sister, Pippa Middleton, for the wedding of friends Sam Waley-Cohen and Annabel Ballin in Berkshire, England.
BRITAIN MEETS THE BRONX
Following their visit to Canada, Prince William and Duchess Kate make a whirlwind stopover in Los Angeles, where Hollywood clamors to meet the newlywed royals at the July 9 BAFTA Brits to Watch event held inside L.A.'s historic Belasco Theater. Among the A-listers: a starstruck Jennifer Lopez and her mom, Guadalupe.
THE IN-LAW CONNECTION
Kate accompanies her husband's grandmother, the Queen of England, on a tour of the new Royal Wedding Dress exhibit at Buckingham Palace, which displays details from the Duchess of Cambridge's wedding day. The women are already so close that the Queen loaned Kate some jewels for her stylish North American tour.
Two months after Will and Kate's royal nuptials, Prince Albert of Monaco and Charlene Wittstock, a Rhodesian-born former Olympic swimmer, follow suit by tying the knot twice – first in a civil ceremony, then a religious one on July 2 in which the bride wore a dazzling Duchesse Giorgio Armani Privé dress.
And the weddings continue! A beaming Zara Phillips – cousin to Princes William and Harry (and 13th in the line to the throne) – and Mike Tindall, captain of England's rugby team, emerge as husband and wife after tying the knot on July 30 in Edinburgh, Scotland.
