Council – who met Whitney years ago and whose husband went to school with the late singer – kept an eye on Houston’s daughter during the ceremony. “Bobbi Kristina broke down, but she was good,” says Council. “She was up in the first row … and [did] pretty good, all considering. [Whitney’s mother] Cissy was wonderful.” PHOTOS: Whitney: Mourning an Icon “My favorite part was when Tyler Perry spoke,” adds Council, a member of the church. “It was very good.” She also took note of some well-known mourners in attendance. “I did see Queen Latifah and Ray J’s sister, Brandy.” And despite his headline-making appearance, Council adds that Bobby Brown did not cause a stir as far as she could see. “He came in for a little while and then he left,” she said. “I didn’t see any altercation.” PHOTOS: Whitney Houston: Her Life in Pictures
