The fifth and final day of “Today” show host Matt Lauer’s mystery world tour found him perched on the Great Wall of China. He looked like he was starting to grow a mustache. He said this was the location at which he was supposed to have been on Tuesday, when travel delays had him flying at 37,000 feet while the “Today” show aired.

  • The vast majority of respondents to yesterday’s pop question, “Where do you think Matt Lauer should land on the last day of his mystery tour?,” thought he should arrive at their house. Several people were quite specific as to what room in which they hoped to find him.
