ALL POWERFUL OZZ
They've had their share of troubles (she has sent him to rehab more than a dozen times), but Sharon Osbourne knew from the start that Ozzy was the guy for her. "He was so vulnerable and sweet and honest," she told PEOPLE in 2002 about when they met. "He was a bit of an oddball. But he was really, really loving."

SPECIAL SOMEONE
She was once linked to Justin Timberlake, but lately Janet Jackson has been singing a different tune: In January, producer Jermaine Dupri (with Jackson in 2002) revealed that he and the singer have been a couple for 18 months. What's the draw? Could be his talent: Dupri remixed Jackson's 2001 hit "Someone."

FRONT ROW-MANCE
No one knows for sure why Slovenian model Melania Knauss sticks with hairstyle-challenged ba-zillionaire Donald Trump, but Knauss calls "The Donald" her "soul mate," PEOPLE reported in 2000. Here's the couple – who have dated on and off since 1998 – in the front row at a 2001 fashion show in New York.

LUCKY IN LOVE
What keeps former model Patti Hansen interested in Rolling Stone Keith Richards, her husband since 1983 (pictured in New York in 2001)? His sentimentality. Before embarking for Paris to record a new album in 1985, Richards made a tape for their newborn daughter, Theodora, called My Girl. "He wants to make sure she doesn't forget him," Hansen told TIME that year.

WHAT'S HIS SECRET?
"Peter is a great dad," Victoria's Secret model Stephanie Seymour told New York's Daily News about her husband, magazine mogul Peter Brant, in 1995. "He actually changes diapers in the middle of the night." The couple (in New York City in 2001) have eight kids between them: five from his previous marriage, her one from a prior relationship, and two together.

MODEL MARRIAGE
The Cars' former frontman Ric Ocasek hit the jackpot when he married supermodel Paulina Porizkova in 1989 (the pair is pictured in 2001). But the Czech beauty doesn't see it that way. In July 1993 she told the Chicago Tribune, "I think he's the sexiest man in the world, and good for me, since I'm married to him."

ROCK SOLID
Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson has found her match in outrageous fiance Kid Rock (the pair is pictured at the 2002 American Music Awards in L.A.). The Detroit rocker "is the best person I have ever met," Anderson told TV's Extra in 2002. "He's got the whole thing. He's the rock star, father, lover, sweetheart."

IN TUNE
Kate Hudson doesn't mind that her husband, rocker Chris Robinson (pictured in 2001), has a bad-boy past. "Here's a man who's done and gone through everything that I've only read about in books," she told Harper's Bazaar in March 2001. "Not only is that a part of him, it makes him the most intelligent and incredible creature I've ever met."

YIN & LANGE
Country superstar Shania Twain and her notoriously camera-shy husband, record producer Robert "Mutt" Lange (pictured in 2000), may be an example of opposites attracting, but as Twain told PEOPLE in December 2002, "Our love has always been based on friendship and compatibility." In fact, "we can spend weeks together without any outside contact," she added.

DRAMATIC DUO
In a December Primetime Live interview, Whitney Houston told Diane Sawyer that what first attracted her to husband Bobby Brown (at a 2001 Oscar party) was that "he was sexy, smooth, a gentleman. Treated me like a lady." Despite his bad-boy image, Houston added that Brown is "family-oriented." Married since 1992, they're raising daughter Bobbi Kristina, 10.
