Her Madgesty hits the stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., on Sunday. PEOPLE looks at the music extravaganza, plus other events to watch for in the coming week:

SUNDAY, APRIL 30: As a warm-up to her “Confessions on a Dance Floor” U.S. tour (which kicks off May 21 in Los Angeles), Madonna will take the stage at her first-ever festival – the seventh annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif. On Sunday, Her Madgesty will headline the DJ-heavy Sahara tent at the two-day event. The megawatt diva joins an eclectic lineup including Kanye West, Franz Ferdinand, Depeche Mode, James Blunt and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

TUESDAY, MAY 2: Watch Alexis and Crystal go at it all over again as the Dynasty Reunion: Catfights & Caviar brings back the excesses of the 1980s nighttime soap to primetime (CBS at 10 p.m. ET). Join Joan Collins, Linda Evans and John Forsythe as they remember the mudslinging good times.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 3: Tom Cruise has been making his way across the world to promote Mission: Impossible III. Now the new dad will land in New York City for the movie’s premiere as part of the Tribeca Film Festival (which wraps up May 7). Expect the star to greet fans along the red carpet for hours and collect plenty of gifts for baby daughter Suri.

FRIDAY, MAY 5: From the ice rink to the small screen! Sasha Cohen makes her acting debut as – who else? – herself on Las Vegas (NBC at 9 p.m. ET). It’s a rough gig for the newbie actress, who gets to flirt with show hunk Josh Duhamel. “She’s a natural,” the actor tells PEOPLE. “She didn’t appear too nervous, but I guess this is nothing compared to the Olympics.”
