Bo Bice and Carrie Underwood go mic-to-mic on American Idol on Wednesday. PEOPLE takes a look at the big sing-off, plus other events to watch for in the coming week:

SUNDAY, MAY 22: There’s bound to be plenty of drama on Wisteria Lane as the Desperate Housewives hash out some unfinished business in the season finale, airing on ABC at 9 p.m. ET. Will pregnant Gabrielle (Eva Longoria) leave Carlos (Ricardo Antonio Chavira) for good? What will Tom (Doug Savant) do now that he knows Lynette (Felicity Huffman) sabotaged his promotion? And will Susan (Teri Hatcher) regret her decision to move in with Mike (James Denton)? And with a new neighbor (played by Alfre Woodard) settling in to the neighborhood, get ready for a new series of twists.

MONDAY, MAY 23: Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey showed a united front when they traveled overseas to Germany and Iraq for a USO-sponsored tour to entertain the troops. The footage from the trip will air as Nick & Jessica’s Tour of Duty, on ABC at 9 p.m. ET. “We had an absolute blast,” Simpson says of the event, which teams the Newlyweds with guest stars including her Dukes of Hazzard costar Willie Nelson, country duo Big & Rich and R&B singer Brian McKnight. Among the highlights: Simpson learning to shoot a gun in Germany and the couple getting caught in a sandstorm in Iraq.

TUESDAY, MAY 24: You either love or love to hate Survivor alums and Amazing Race runners-up Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich. Whatever your feeling, the reality-show couple will share their wedding in the Bahamas with a national TV audience, on Rob and Amber Get Married on CBS at 9 p.m. ET. The show includes a behind-the-scenes look at their preparations for their wedding, their bachelor and bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner and, of course, the big event at the Atlantis, Paradise Island resort.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 25: More than 100,000 singers auditioned and now it’s down to two: Will a country girl or a rocker guy become the next American Idol? Viewers will pick either Carrie Underwood or Bo Bice in the two-hour season finale, airing at 8 p.m. ET. Expect plenty of tears (Paula), “yo dawgs” (Randy) and some final acerbic comments (Simon) to send off the last two standing. And before the big night, tune in on Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET to see the Idol wannabes’ final performances.

Meanwhile, the hit ABC show Lost is wrapping up its first season just as mysteriously as it began. Some of the castaways have set sail on a raft, while Kate (Evangeline Lilly) and Jack (Matthew Fox) and other survivors are determined to blow open the hatch and see what’s inside it. The two-hour finale airs at 8 p.m. ET. And just in case you can’t tear yourself away from the American Idol finale, don’t worry: The finale will be rebroadcast on Sunday, May 29.
