It’s déjà vu all over again!

Just like last year, Miss USA wiped out during the Miss Universe pageant.

Texan Crystle Stewart made the top ten Sunday night, then stumbled on her bejeweled evening gown. She quickly picked herself up off the floor, clapped – then carried on as if nothing had happened.

The incident was hilariously reminiscent of the 2007 contest, when Miss USA Rachel Smith also tripped during the evening gown parade – and became an overnight YouTube sensation.

This year’s pageant – hosted by Jerry Springer and Spice Girl Melanie Brown – took place in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

After her tumble, Stewart, a motivational speaker, failed to crack to the top five.

The Miss Universe crown went to Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza, who was once kidnapped in her homeland – and said the experience taught her to remain calm under pressure.
