VIDEO: Watch Ken Jeong and Rob Riggle Channel Adele in Fox NFL Sunday 'Hello' Parody
Eastern National Football Conference fans: Rob Riggle and Ken Jeong are upset too – and they’re using Adele to express their feelings.
In a hilarious new sepia-toned parody video for Fox NFL Sunday, the two actors don game-day attire as they lip-sync to the British singer’s massive new hit “Hello” and lament the current football season.
The song’s lyrics have been changed, but a female vocalist still performs the ballad.
Walking around a forest, Riggle and Jeong mouth lyrics like “It might be over for these teams,” while wearing cowboy boots and zebra-print pants, respectively.
The pair does some impressive dad dancing and wipe away tears throughout the power ballad.
“I think I finally get Adele,” Jeong fake belts, “because loving and losing’s hard as hell.”
At one point both stars make a “too soon” reference to New York Giants player Jason Pierre-Paul‘s disfigured right hand (he lost a finger to a Fourth of July fireworks accident).
Adele’s now infamous flip phone even makes a brief cameo in the parody.
