Vicki Gunvalson‘s daughter Briana Culberson has been diagnosed with Lupus.

On Monday night’s Real Housewives of Orange County season 11 finale, it was revealed that the O.G. Housewife’s only daughter suffers from the incurable autoimmune disease that causes joint pain and fatigue, Bravo TV reported.

Before the credits rolled at the end of the episode, Bravo gave an update on each of the cast members’ lives. According to DM, Gunvalson’s read: “Vicki and Steve are still together. Briana has been diagnosed with Lupus. Her husband, Ryan, is still stuck in Oklahoma.”

Culberson, who has two children — sons Owen and Troy — with her husband Ryan, has battled numerous health problems that have been featured on the Bravo reality series throughout the past 11 seasons.

Last year, the nurse underwent surgery to remove enlarged lymph nodes. “Biopsy results are back —–NO CANCER detected for Briana’s most recent biopsy! Thank you Jesus. #answeredprayers,” Gunvalson tweeted after discovering that her daughter was cancer free.

After Gunvalson, 54, wrapped filming on the season 11 finale, she shared a sweet photo alongside her daughter, whom she referred to as “my world.”

“Season #11 a wrap! Enjoy the fall season and the holidays. Thank you to all of you who love and believe in me. Those of you that wish to post anything bad or negative will be blocked and deleted. #woohoo #rhoc #season11 #mydaughterismyworld #mydaughter,” Gunvalson penned.

On the explosive season 11 finale, viewers watched as Gunvalson clashed with numerous cast mates, including Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador, who have since severed ties with her.
