Tyson Celebrates Ali

Mike Tyson helped Muhammad Ali celebrate his 57th birthday at an emotional birthday party in Las Vegas that paid tribute to the former boxing champ. Tyson, fresh from his victory over Francois Botha on Saturday night, posed for pictures with Ali and family during the private dinner party. Also on hand was singer Gladys Knight, a longtime friend (who noted that one of her sons is named after Ali.) “He was not only the greatest outside, he was the greatest inside,” she said of the legendary boxer. Ali, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, did not speak to the crowd Sunday night. But he helped cut his birthday cake, made in the shape of a boxing ring, as the crowd chanted “Ali, Ali.”
