Dixie Chick Emily Robison and her husband, singer-songwriter Charlie Robison, are seeing double.
The couple welcomed twins into the world on April 14: daughter Julianna Tex (6 lbs. 10 oz.) at 9:19 p.m., and son Henry Benjamin (4 oz. heavier and 10 minutes later). Emily and Charlie also have a son, Gus, 2 1/2.
“Babies and mom are all doing very well,” reports the Dixie Chicks’s Web site, which also notes that Juliana and Henry “bring the Dixie Chicks baby count to seven.”
Emily’s sister, Martie Maguire, has year-old twin girls, while the group’s lead singer, Natalie Maines, has two sons: Jackson Slade Pasdar, 4, and Beckett Finn Pasdar, 8 months.
Professionally, the Chicks are collaborating with producer Rick Rubin (who’s worked with Johnny Cash and Run DMC) on a new album, though no release date has been set, The Tennessean newspaper reports.
