How does Locklear, who stars as runway chief Harley Random in the NBC airport drama LAX, stay as youthful looking as she was during her '80s Dynasty days? "I use sunblock now," says Locklear, 43. "Up until, like (age) 32, I didn't. And I always take my makeup off at night. Always."
The former Providence star, who plays forensic investigator Stella Bonasera on CBS's CSI: NY, grew up with a family in the chocolate business and still has a serious sweet tooth. "If a box is in the house and it's open, I have to finish it," she says. But the 37-year-old works off the extra calories by doing laps at a pool in a private club near her San Fernando Valley home.
Doherty, who joins the Hawaii-set NBC drama North Shore as Brooke Burns's long-lost half-sister Alexandra Hudson, has a simple beauty philosophy. "I believe in being subtle. Now that she's based in Los Angeles, she also hikes and rides her bike to stay in shape. But Ferlito, 26, also swears by drinking plenty of water and getting ample sleep (8 hours a night) to feel and look good.
The British actress, 28, who reprises her The Practice role as attorney Tara Wilson on the ABC spin-off Boston Legal, likes to switch up her fitness regimen. Mitra enjoys hiking in the mountains with her pups, French bulldog Oscar and Wheaton terrier Dudley, or Rollerblading on the beach. She also opts to do her own makeup on and off the set.
The Emmy-winning former star of The Sopranos, who plays Matt LeBlanc's tough-talking hairdresser sister Gina on NBC's Friends spin-off Joey, is never without one beauty accessory in her makeup bag. "I always have a Tweezerman," de Matteo, 32, told InStyle. "It's an essential item when you're a hairy Italian like me. I'm a tweezing fiend."
