Tracee Ellis Ross celebrated #FlashbackFriday on Instagram by bringing back a cute photo of her family!

“Mom, Rhonda, Chudney & I. #FBF #RossFamilyRocks” the Black-ish star, 43, wrote. Included in the picture were her famous mother, Diana Ross, and sisters Chudney, 40, and Rhonda, 45.

While the picture didn’t include Ross’ youngest siblings, brothers Ross Naess and Evan Ross, it did showcase the love the Emmy-nominated actress holds for her family.

Ross told PEOPLE on the red carpet before the Emmy’s this year that her mother was the first person she called after her nomination was announced.

“She said, ‘Oh boy this is great.’ We giggled and screamed for a bit,” Ross, 43, shared before the show.

Ross also mentioned that while the recognition for her performance was “really special,” she didn’t feel the need to set herself apart from her legendary musician mom.

“I’ve never felt like I was in my mother’s shadow,” Ross said. “If anything, I felt like I was in her embrace. So it’s never been a effort to do that.”

Black-ish airs Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m. on ABC.
