Francis Bayotas was attending the Beaches Jazz Festival in Toronto, Canada, when he spotted this local police officer visibly getting into the groove (with a tambourine!) to the sounds of a local reggae band.
Now, while tensions between the reggae and law enforcement communities have been fraught ever since Bob Marley sang about the homicide of a member of the Jamaican police force, things were smoothed over when "Bad Boys" by Inner Circle became the theme song to Cops in 1993.
Bayotas’s original video, posted on Facebook, has over 67,000 shares, proving that people really love watching cops dance.
Well, cops and Rob Ford.
