Tori Kelly has come a long way from her days as a 14-year-old with a YouTube channel and a dream.

The 22-year-old singer/songwriter is now on PEOPLE’s 2015 Ones to Watch list and her accomplishments keep stacking up.

The pint-sized powerhouse released her new single “Hollow” Thursday and recently recorded Colors of the Wind from Pocahontas for the upcoming We Love Disney album, to be released Friday.

She also worked alongside Ed Sheeran for the song I Was Made For Loving You and the two remain close – Kelly even revealed one of his hidden talents to PEOPLE during Fashion Group Internationals Night of Stars, “he does rapper impressions and he’s actually really good at it… It’s scary!”

A time travel back in Sheeran’s Instagram will show the crooner doing his best Eminem.

In addition to her music, Kelly is the new face of Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala’s line William Rast.

A gig that sounds a bit serendipitous after she revealed that JT is actually her dream duet partner!

And it looks like she is making progress in turning this dream into a reality – after leaving the gala audience in awe with her rendition of Suit & Tie, Timberlake (who was also in attendance to receive the Lord & Taylor Fashion Oracle award), gave her a shoutout for her impressive pipes, a sound she said was first inspired by gospel music and musician Crystal Lewis.

The Unbreakable Smile artist took time before the gala to share some words of wisdom for aspiring artists: Avoid comparing yourself to others because, “as cliche as it sounds… it’s so important to find your lane and really just go for it.”
