Hockey playoffs draw stars and families to New York, Los Angeles

Stars on ice!

The NHL’s Stanley Cup Playoffs saw a lot of celebrity love Thursday with actors and their famililes turning out across the country turning out to enthusiastically support their respective teams.

In Los Angeles, single guy Tom Cruise, 50, high-fived producer Jerry Bruckheimer, who joined director Jason Reitman at a Thursday game to cheer on a 3-0 win against the San Jose Sharks.

Also in attendance at the Western Conference semi-final game: Ryan O’Neal, who enjoyed a sports outing with son Patrick.

New York’s Madison Square Garden also saw Arrested Development star Jason Bateman, 44, snuggled up for some action – and a sweet cuddle – with daughter Francesca. And devoted sports dad Liam Neeson, 60, brought along teen son Michael for the New York Rangers game against the Boston Bruins.

Also watching the action on the ice, where the Rangers beat the Bruins 4-3, were Will Arnett, John McEnroe and Gavin DeGraw.
