Tom Brady is calling “time out” on rumors surrounding his marriage to supermodel Gisele Bündchen.

“We’re in a great place, I’ll just say that,” the New England Patriots quarterback told Boston’s WEEI 93.7 FM on Tuesday. “I’m a lucky man. I’ve been very blessed with support from my family and certainly her, and there’s no bigger supporter that I have than her and vice versa. I’ve been very blessed to have an incredible relationship with my life partner, and I don’t think anything will ever get in the way of that.”

Brady, 38, and Bündchen, 35, have been plagued by gossip that they’re headed for a split after the fallout from “Deflategate,” the scandal that erupted before the last Super Bowl when the player was accused of tampering with game balls. But a judge threw out Brady’s four-game suspension Thursday, and the couple has been spotted looking happy as ever out and about in New York City and Boston.

The stars are “living their life, and they’re doing great,” a source previously told PEOPLE, adding, “She’s being a supportive wife. Just like anybody whose husband would be going through this.”

Brady and Bündchen married in 2009 and have two children together, along with the football player’s son from his relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.

For her part, Bündchen shares an Instagram on Tuesday of her son holding a heart-shaped leaf.

“More love please,” the Brazilian beauty captioned the photo.
