While Tiger Woods publicly apologized at the PC Sawgrass golf course in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., on Friday, one the most important people in his life – 1-year-old son Charlie – enjoyed a playful morning at a local park.

The tot was spotted being pushed in a swing by his smiling nanny just after 11:00 a.m. Friday – the same time Woods admitted to infidelity and said he is in the process of going through therapy.

As for his future with his family, Woods said Friday: “Elin and I have started the process of discussing the damage caused by my behavior. My real apology will not come in the form of words, but my behavior over time.”

Sources tells PEOPLE that Woods’s wife, Elin, has allowed the golfer to visit Charlie and daughter Sam, 2, and she is doing her best to maintain a normal life for their kids.
