The Hills’ Jason Wahler is in hot water again.

The reality star, 20, was picked up by police in Seattle early Sunday morning and booked on charges of assault and criminal trespassing.

According to an incident report obtained by PEOPLE, officers responded to a disturbance at a Marriott hotel, where a security guard said two guests had been wrestling in the lobby.

The guard said he warned them to stop, but Wahler shoved him and punched him in the mouth before one of his friends restrained him. Wahler then ran out of the hotel but came back a short time later.

The report says police found Wahler passed out in a third-floor hallway, smelling strongly of alcohol.

According to the report, after police woke him up and arrested him, Wahler became “belligerent and hostile,” shouting racist and homophobic slurs at one of the officers and telling him, “Come down to L.A. County and get your ass kicked!”

Wahler was booked and released after posting $1,140 bail, according to the King County Jail Web site. broke the story.

In March, Wahler was sentenced to two months in jail in Los Angeles for assaulting two tow-truck drivers and a city employee. He is to begin the sentence by May 4.

Several days before he was sentenced, Wahler was arrested in Greenville, N.C., for underage drinking and resisting a public officer during a raid at a local nightclub.

Wahler’s attorney was not immediately available for comment.
