It’s official. Newly divorced Téa Leoni, 48, is back off the market.

PEOPLE confirms she is dating her Madam Secretary costar and onscreen husband, Tim Daly, 58 – and that they’ve quietly been an item since the summer.

Leoni was spotted at his show when he performed Red at the Dorset Theatre in Dorset, Vermont, over July 4 weekend. The stars were already taping Madam Secretary at the time.

Leoni, who plays the secretary of state on the show, officially divorced her husband of 17 years, David Duchovny, in August of this year.

Daly divorced his ex-wife of 26 years, Amy Van Nostrand, in 2010.
