Taylor Swift's BFF Abigail Anderson Is Engaged!

Swift might just have the chance to act as maid of honor again in the near future.

Taylor Swift is preparing to see another friend down the aisle!

Late Tuesday, Abigail Anderson – Swift’s BFF – took to Instagram, announcing the happy news that she’s engaged to her photographer beau Matt Lucier.

“Tonight I answered the easiest question I’ve ever been asked. Without any doubt and without fear I am so excited for this next chapter in our lives @mattthephotographer,” Anderson wrote, adding a bride emoji. “Thank you to my family & all of my friends that went the extra mile to make sure this night was everything I’ve ever imagined. #HePutARingOnIt.”

Swift and Anderson have been friends since high school, and the bride to be even made a cameo in the pop star’s lyrics to one of Swift’s hit singles, “Fifteen.”

“You sit in class next to a redhead named Abigail/And soon enough you’re best friends Abigail gave everything she had to a boy who changed his mind/We both cried.”

A bond that strong with Anderson’s fairytale ending in sight, begs the question, will Swift serve as maid of honor for the nuptials?

In February, the “Shake It Off” singer took on the significant role at childhood friend Britany Maack’s wedding , revealing to PEOPLE how important the position was to her.

“I’ve never been a maid of honor before. This is my first time, and it’s really important to me because this is my best friend, who I’ve known since I was born. And she’s marrying someone I’ve known since I was 4,” she told PEOPLE.
