Taylor Swift Jokes About Her Kitchen Cut: Band-Aids Don't Fix Knife Injuries
Taylor Swift decorated her thumb bandaid with her signature "13"
Taylor Swift was bakin’ it off just a little too hard.
The singer showed off the results of a kitchen knife injury on Instagram, Saturday.
In the photo, Swift’s thumb is wrapped tight in a white bandage, with her signature “13” written in black ink.
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old’s deep red manicure remained in tact on her other fingers.
“Band-Aids don’t fix kitchen knife-related injuries,” Swift wrote, making a play on the lyrics to her mega-hit, “Bad Blood.”

The star was still donning the finger wrap when she took the stage for her 1989 tour stop in Arlington, Texas, that night, where Ellie Goulding joined her onstage to perform Fifty Shades of Grey single “Love Me Like You Do.”
“Ellie killed it tonight in TX,” Swift wrote alongside an image of the pair. In another picture, she referenced the duo’s Bad Blood music video alter-egos: “Catastrophe & Destructa X.”
“GREAT WORK MEREDITH. I WAS JUST TRYING TO LOVE YOU AND NOW YOU OWE ME 40 MILLION DOLLARS,” she wrote at the time, poking fun at a report that she’d insured her famous legs for the hefty price.
