"You had one job, test people," the singer wrote on Tumblr
There’s some “Bad Blood” between Taylor Swift and an SAT prep book publisher.
On Monday, the singer responded to a fan’s Tumblr photo of a prep book for the standardized test that incorrectly quotes her 2009 single “Fifteen” as an example of poor grammar.
“Not the right lyrics at all pssshhhh,” Swift, 25, wrote. “You had one job, test people. One job.”
The correct line? “Somebody tells you they love you, you’re gonna believe them.”
“Gonna” isn’t exactly proper English, but it’s important that the pop star showed her young Swifties that she knows how to use pronouns.
‘Cause when you’re 15 and the Princeton Review tells you something, you’re gonna believe them.
