Demi Moore and Bruce Willis's 21-year-old daughter says she's "kicking sobriety ass" via Instagram
Tallulah Willis seems to be in a much better place.
“Today marks the day I have kicked 9 months of sobrietys ass,” she captioned an Instagram, which shows her with a triumphant fist in the air.
Tallulah looked equally happy on DWTS, where her big sister gave an emotional speech about the strength she’s drawn from their turbulent year as a family.
“Both of them are probably the two most inspirational people,” Rumer told her partner Val Chmerkovskiy of her sisters, Tallulah and Scout. “Literally, they could not care less what anybody thinks of them.”
Last July, Tallulah sought treatment for various issues, including an eating disorder, at the insistence of her parents, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. In addition to her mother’s health problems, Tallulah cited online bullying as a source of her downturn.
“In college the depression became overwhelming. I didn’t sleep or want to talk to anyone, nothing seemed to have a point, the world lost its color and food lost its taste,” she told Teen Vogue.
After 45 days of treatment, she told the magazine, “I can say that I’m getting to that place where I’m starting to feel okay with myself, bit by bit.”
