Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
A video of a Syrian family experiencing flurries and going tobogganing for the first time is capturing the hearts of Internet users everywhere.
The YouTube clip shows Syrian refugee Amal Alkhalaf’s three children – Ansam, 13, Ibrahim, 10, and Dalya, 9 – giggling as they fly down Armour Hill in Peterborough, Ontario.
The caption on the video reads: “Snow is a new experience, but fun in any language looks the same.”

Most of the footage was shot on a GoPro camera attached to the children’s toboggans – and the joy on their faces is clear to see.
Ontario police constable David McNab and his wife Kristy Hiltz, the couple that is co-sponsoring the family in Canada, posted the YouTube clip on Tuesday, which has received over 139,000 views.
“The kids are amazingly grateful and excited about everything. Every experience is just laughter, smiles and giggles,” McNab told the National Post.
