“Survivor” grabbed its highest viewership ever, according to the Nielsens for the week of July 3-9, while “Big Brother” is yo-yoing in the ratings. Meanwhile, “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” is still going strong and had its sixth — and youngest — top-prize winner last night, when David Goodman, 24, of Maryland, successfully identified Peru as the country of origin for Paddington Bear.
