In 2008, Jack Johnson embarked on his Sleep Through Static tour, crossing the world and performing everywhere from Honolulu to Paris. Now, the singer-songwriter is releasing a live album and DVD, En Concert, capturing highlights from the trek, which found Johnson performing alongside Eddie Vedder, Neil Halstead, Matt Costa and Ben Harper. The 19-track set features staples from Johnson’s albums and choice covers (including Paul Simon’s “Mother and Child Reunion,” which he performed at the outdoor Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tenn.

The disc – and accompanying film directed by Emmett Malloy, arrived in stores on Tuesday – but PEOPLE.com has the entire album streaming and available for free. Listen to it here:
