He had to resurface sooner or later.

Though Stephen Collins has maintained a completely low profile since the tapes were first leaked alleging that h’ed molested underage girls in his past, on Wednesday he showed up at the Los Angeles Superior Courthouse, as his divorce trail with estranged wife Faye Grant got underway.

Collins, 67, has not been seen since the tapes were first leaked. His lawyer has also not given any statements concerning the allegations, nor has Collins been convicted on any charges related to the molestation accusations.

But the upcoming divorce trial still stands to be an ugly one. On Nov. 7, Collins filed court documents asking that he no longer have to pay Grant $13,000 a month in spousal support, claiming that he’d lost all earning power because of the scandal.

Grant in turn has said, “I am seeking no more than that to which I am legally entitled under the laws of the State of California.”
