“Star Wars” fans will have to fork over at least $500 each if they want to attend the new prequel’s premiere, to be held in 11 North American cities on May 16, reports Variety. Details of the Los Angeles premiere of “Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace,” a benefit for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, were announced Monday. The film will screen at 1 p.m. on three screens at Westwood’s Avco Theater. The $500 price includes a post-screening party.
