All this partying is leading up to Lohan's biggest bash yet, her 21st birthday in July, which she plans to milk with a blowout celebration in Vegas.
LUCK ON HER SIDE
PEOPLE's Most Beautiful cover girl Drew Barrymore (in Dior) has plenty to smile about as she attends the Tribeca Film Festival screening of her film Lucky You on Tuesday. In the spirit of the film, Barrymore told reporters, "I think I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life."
Britney Spears makes a dash offstage after a surprise performance at the San Diego House of Blues Tuesday night.
During her 14-minute set at the San Diego House of Blues, Spears danced and lip-synched to some of her hits, including "...Baby One More Time" and "Toxic." This is the first of several performances the pop star is planning this week.
