Underwood, the night's triple winner (for video of the year, female video and best video director), said during her acceptance speech: "I started out on a fan-based show, and you guys have continued to support me throughout everything."

Adam Brody hunkers down with some lovely ladies at the Hollywood premiere of his film In the Land of Women on Monday. The actor, who has been single since splitting with O.C. costar Rachel Bilson in December, jokingly told PEOPLE that the best way to handle a high-profile Hollywood split from a girlfriend is to "sleep with their roommates."
