Angelina Jolie is an uplifting presence at World Refugee Day in Barcelona on Sunday. The actress, who's a United Nations goodwill ambassador, donated $500,000 to the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees to establish a legal resource center, which will provide lawyers for children who immigrate to the U.S. without their parents.
