After leaving the Stella McCartney runway show moments after it began on Thursday – quelle horreur! – Jessica Biel is sitting pretty again front row at Friday's Chanel show. "Oh, I wasn't feeling well," Biel told PEOPLE of suddenly being taken ill the other day. "I'm feeling much better."
DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL
Brad Pitt is a hands-on dad with 9-month-old daughter Shiloh on the New Orleans set of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button on Thursday. And the Jolie-Pitt clan will soon be expanding: Angelina Jolie has filed papers to adopt a child in Vietnam. Pitt told PEOPLE in January the couple wanted to add to their growing brood – including son Maddox, 5, and daughter Zahara, 2 – saying, "Always, of course."

Call it offscreen bonding: Mark Ruffalo shares a laugh with Robert Downey Jr. at the Hollywood premiere of their film Zodiac on Thursday. Ruffalo, who is the father of two, told PEOPLE at the event that he and wife Sunrise Coigney are excited to expand their brood: "I wouldn't be surprised if that doesn't happen real soon. We're in heaven with the kids."
