ALL THAT GLITTERS...
Is Hilary Duff, who arrives at MTV's New York City studio on Thursday for an appearance on TRL. The singer-actress shared her personal top-ten video countdown and talked up her new album Dignity, out Apr. 3.
Also in town, Duff's ex Joel Madden, who channels old-school De Niro (circa Taxi Driver) while he and new girlfriend Nicole Richie take in the Zac Posen runway show on Thursday. Later, the couple headed over to the Cellar Bar at the Bryant Park Hotel, where Madden played guest deejay.
