Stars Slim Down for Spring
The former Dancing with the Stars contestant (and Cher's son!) kicked off this year 43 lbs. lighter – and counting. "I'm willing to kind of never eat the things I like again," he told PEOPLE in February of his weight-loss plan, which includes plenty of exercise and Freshology-delivered meals. "Never say never, and I know it happens a lot, but I really want to do everything I can to avoid gaining it back." Bono's now down 60 lbs. and inching closer to his 80-lbs. goal.
MELISSA JOAN HART
Hot mama! Since giving birth in September to her third son, the Melissa & Joey star has dropped two dress sizes, she revealed to PEOPLE in early April. Let Clarissa explain how she did it: the Nutrisystem diet, the paid spokesperson said, with a little help from her family. "My husband [Mark Wilkerson] is really into fitness, and I've always been big into working out," she added."My boys keep me active as it is."
Sure, Xtina can silence a room with her powerhouse voice alone, but we couldn't stop talking about her body when she stepped out in March showing off her x-cellent physique in a black LBD. "It's amazing what having some personal time can do, not only for the body but also for the mind and spirit," a source told PEOPLE of the former The Voice coach. "She has been trying new types of foods and exploring new methods of exercise. Not for diet or weight, but more for her mind and well-being and overall sense of good health."
Meatball no more! The former Jersey Shore star put the "G" in GTL to lose the 44 pounds she gained during her pregnancy. "I'm still working my ass off," she told PEOPLE in January of her gym routine, "but it's all worth it." Baby Lorenzo's mama is clearly ready for the shore – and already showing off her beach bod.
Now that's something to sing about! The country crooner flaunted a 20 lbs.-slimmer frame at April's Academy of Country Music Awards. "I've been dieting and exercising," she told PEOPLE of her weight loss. "We all struggle between eating healthy and falling off the wagon." Her splurge? "Occasionally, I have the mac and cheese."
